Your order will not ship until we receive payment in our bank account.

Payment

We offer two forms of payment:

Shipment

The shipment is made by Post Danmark

The shipping rate to recipients in Denmark:
   Parcels up to 5 kg = 80 DKK

The shipping rate to recipients inside EU:
   Parcels up to 2 kg =  210 DKK
   Parcels up to 5 kg =  280 DKK

The shipping rate to recipients in the rest of Europe:
   Parcels up to 1 kg = 205 DKK
   For each additional kg =  25 DKK

In some cases we may be able to offer a lower shipping price (e.g. shipment as regular mail).
In those cases, the price will be stated in a seperate email.

Returns

In agreement with danish trade laws, the customer is entitled to 14 days of return right, counted from the day the goods are recieved.
Din & Min Hobby must be contacted by tel: (+45) 39 56 52 32 or email: din-min@email.dk prior to any returning of goods.
Goods must be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
The cost of return shipment is at the expense of the customer.
